CANCELLATION POLICY

To respect both my time and other clients, I have the following policy in place: - Cancellations within 24 hours: Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged 50% of the service cost. - No-call, no-show: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service cost.
